In response to a growing concern by our customers regarding the extended waiting time being experienced, Condition 1.a will be implemented effective October 12, 2015. Applications for reserved transits under the above-mentioned condition will be received beginning at 0900 hours, October 9, 2015. The booking slot available through the Auction Process, as well as the slots available for vessels less than 300 feet in length, will continue to be offered. The Just-In-Time (JIT) transit service will remain at one (1) for each direction, as published in Advisory to Shipping A-31-2015.
