All vessels shall submit to the ACP, accurate, adequate, complete and timely information regarding the containers on board while transiting the Panama Canal. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in transit delays and/or additional charges. The use of the revised form becomes effective June 1, 2019, and previous versions will not be accepted by ACP boarding officers.
