Oslo-based offshore accommodation vessel specialist Floatel International has won a contract for accommodation and construction support services to the Alvheim FPSO from Aker BP. During the contract, the company will use the 2015-built Floatel Endurance. The medium-term contract is due to commence in the late first and early second quarter of 2029. The unit is also contracted by AkerBP for the Skarv project, which will begin in the first quarter of 2026, and for the Yggdrasil project set to begin in the third quarter of 2026.
