ADVISORIES ARE AVAILABLE AT http://www.pancanal.com FOR ETAS OR DIRECT COMMUNICATION WITH OUR OFFICES, REFER TO NOTICE N-3-2023 Panama Canal Authority Vice Presidency for Operations Advisory T o S hipping No. A-20-2023 May 3, 2023 TO : All Shipping Agents, Owners, and Operators SUBJECT : Draft Adjustment in the Neopanamax Locks Based on the present and projected level of Gatun Lake for the upcoming weeks, the Panama Canal Authority (ACP) announces that effective May 24, 2023, the maximum authorized draft allowed for vessels transiting the Neopanamax locks will be 13.56 m (44.5 feet) TFW. In addition, effective May 30, 2023, the maximum authorized draft allowed for vessels transiting the Neopanamax locks will be 13.41 m (44.0 feet) TFW. The maximum authorized drafts for the following weeks are summarized in the following table: DATE MAXIMUM AUTHORIZED DRAFT (TFW) May 24, 2023 13.56 m (44.5 feet) May 30, 2023 13.41 m (44.0 feet) The ACP will continue to monitor the level of Gatun Lake and announce future draft adjustments in a timely manner.
