The Port of New Orleans has announced the appointment of Brad Guilmino as Vice President of Finance and Innovative Delivery, bringing 25 years of financial and infrastructure experience to a senior leadership role focused on major capital project development and key financial management functions. His primary area of focus will be the successful delivery of the Louisiana International Terminal. Guilmino’s career spans banking, consulting and municipal financial advisory roles across a broad range of infrastructure sectors including seaports, rail and transit systems, roads and bridges and private commercial development. His expertise covers early-stage planning, feasibility analysis, financial modelling, debt structuring, alternative delivery methods and public-private partnerships. Most recently he served as co-head of transportation and a director at PFM Financial Advisors, with prior leadership and advisory roles at HNTB Corporation and Citigroup Global Markets. He has executed more than US$ 20 billion in financings as lead underwriter or municipal advisor and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University. Port NOLA President and CEO Beth Branch described Guilmino’s financial market expertise and complex infrastructure project experience as bringing an important perspective to the port at a pivotal time, noting that his ability to evaluate projects from feasibility through operations will strengthen work to advance LIT and deliver strategic investments.
