Subsea7 and its Subsea Integration Alliance partner OneSubsea have signed a global frame agreement with UK supermajor BP — forming a platform that is expected to combine subsea expertise much more effectively across a portfolio of future projects. The framework deal follows a memorandum of understanding signed by the trio in September 2023 that envisioned the work from concept selection, through the full field lifecycle, to deliver “enhanced subsea project performance”, based on new ways of working and an innovative commercial model. “BP and OneSubsea are strong, established partners who have been delivering projects together since the early days of the industry.
